How to Add Email Account in Outlook

The following example explains how to create email account john.smith@example.com in Outlook
Prerequisites: Add john.smith@example.com email in Mail Manager and set up password
Follow Steps 1 -7 to create a new POP3 email account with the account name john_smith_example_com ("@" and "." separators replaced with "_")

• POP3 email server: mail.example.com (or mail.quintagroup.com)
• Password: the one you set up via MailManager
• Outgoing email server (SMTP): Please ask your  ISP for SMTP server

1. Open Outlook Mail User Agent and select E-mail Accounts from Tools drop-down menu.
   
2. Specify that you will be add new email account
   
3. Select server type that your email account will work with
   
4. Provide necessary information and press Test Account Settings...
   
5. Wait untill all the tests are completed
   
6. Press Next button
   
7. Finish your account setup
